The Challenge
Shield Care Solutions, a growing UK care provider, faced significant IT challenges that were hindering their operations and putting sensitive data at risk. Their legacy systems couldn't scale with their growth, staff onboarding was a manual, time-consuming process, and they lacked proper compliance tracking for DBS checks and mandatory training.
